1. What we offer

Plus 25 offers three services for Dota 2 players: replay analysis (a written or video review of matches you send us), coaching (live one-to-one sessions on Discord) and MMR boosting (a booster plays ranked games on your account until it reaches the MMR you chose). What each package includes is described on its page when you order.

Plus 25 is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Valve Corporation. Dota 2 and Steam are trademarks of Valve Corporation.

2. Orders and payment

When you confirm an order at checkout you get an order code. No payment is taken on this site. A member of our team contacts you on Discord to confirm the details and arrange payment, and your order starts once payment is received. Prices are in US dollars and are the ones shown when you order. We may decline an order, for example if we can't match you with a suitable booster or coach; if we do, you pay nothing.

3. MMR boosting and your account: please read

An MMR boost means someone else logs in to and plays on your Steam account. Sharing your account breaks the Steam Subscriber Agreement, and Valve may penalise accounts it finds being boosted, including matchmaking restrictions, MMR resets or bans. We take care to keep a boost unremarkable (offline mode, chat off, a VPN matched to your region), but we can't control what Valve does and we can't guarantee your account won't be affected.

By ordering a boost you confirm the account is yours, that you understand and accept this risk, and that you'll keep Steam Guard enabled. Change your password once your order is finished. Replay analysis and coaching never need access to your account.

4. Delivery

Start times, delivery times and daily MMR rates on the site are estimates, not guarantees. Ranked results depend on matchmaking, queue times and the games themselves. You can pause a boost to play on your account; the order resumes when you tell us.

5. Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel an order before it starts for a full refund. If you cancel part-way through, we refund the part of the order that hasn't been delivered. Coaching sessions can be moved for free up to 24 hours before they start. If something went wrong with your order, contact us and we'll work it out with you. Nothing in these terms takes away refund rights you have under the law where you live.

6. What we ask of you

• Give us accurate order details, and only order for an account you own.
• Don't use our services to cheat, harass other players, or break the law.
• Don't play on your account while a booster is playing, unless the order is paused.
• Treat our boosters, coaches and analysts with respect on Discord.

7. Our responsibility

We provide our services with care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for losses we couldn't reasonably have foreseen, including actions Valve takes against an account, and our total responsibility for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. This doesn't limit anything the law doesn't allow us to limit.

8. General

We may update these terms; the version on this page when you order is the one that applies to that order. If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. How we handle your data is covered by our privacy policy. Questions? Contact us.
